1. Periodic Site Visits
Site Visits by Architect's office during stages of execution, to verify the accuracy of work in relation to drawings provided.

Consultancy Fee for the above services - Rs.500/- + T.A.* per visit

* Travel Allowance is calculated as follows-
Within 10km of Thrissur Railway Station - Rs.200/-
Within 500km of Thrissur Railway Station - Rs.4/- per km for actual Road Distance
Beyond 500km of Thrissur Railway Station - I Class Train Fare/ Airfare as applicable
Actual Taxi Charges for Local Transportation
